The Client Integration Plug-in also lets you log in to the vSphere Web Client by using Windows session credentials. Refresh Data You must manually refresh the data in the vSphere Web Client to see changes. Install the vSphere Client on a Windows system to connect to and manage single ESXi hosts. To connect to and manage vCenter Server systems and the hosts connected to them, use the vSphere Web Client instead of the vSphere Client. Using the vSphere Web Client allows you to access a greater range of vSphere features and functionality than using the vSphere Client.
The system must have an Internet connection.

- From a Windows machine, open a Web browser.
- Enter the URL or IP address for the vCenter Server or host.For example, http://exampleserver.example.com or http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
- Click Download vSphere Client under Getting Started.
- Click Save to download the vSphere Client installer.
